    eggs beaten, 1 cup strong cheddar cheese grated, 1 cup mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp chives chopped, ½ cup sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, 300 grams cooked cubed chicken, 1 egg, 1 tbsp water, ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs.


Mix together 2 eggs, cheese mashed potatoes, flour, chives and half the sesame seeds. Season and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. shape into 3/4" balls and insert a cube of chicken into the middle of each one. Beat the remaining egg with the water in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs and the sesame seeds together. Dip each ball into the egg and then the sesame seed mixture and put on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non stick vegetable spray. Cook in a pre heated 400 oven for 10-15 minutes.
