MIX GARLIC, SALT, TOMATOES, ONION, VINEGAR AND 3/4 CUP OF EVOO. LET STAND FOR 1 TO 2 HOURS BRUSH BREAD WITH EVOO AND GRILL UNTIL TOASTED AND LIGHTLY CHARRED IN SPOTS. 1 MINUTES PER SIDE.
