Bacon Sour Cream Pull-Aparts

Ingredients

  • Biscuits:
  • 2 cup Bisquick Orginal baking mix
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • Bacon Sour Cream Sauce:
  • Can cream or mushroom soup*
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (1/3 cup)
  • Herb-Cheese Coating:
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese(more if needed)
  • 3/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Biscuits: Mix Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms, beat vigorously 30 seconds, Turn onto surface well floured with baking mix; turn to coat with baking mix. Knead 10 times, Divide dough into 12 equal parts.

2. To make Bacon sour cream sauce, in a small saucepan heat soup over low heat. Stir in sour cream and milk. Add bacon crumbles and heated through.

3. To make herb-cheese coating, combine all ingredients and mix well.

4. Dip each part into the Bacon-Sour Cream Sauce then into the Herb Cheese Coating. Place in a 6 cup greased or sprayed tube pan. Bake at 450F for about 8-10 mins until golden brown. Invert on serving plate and enjoy! Any mixturre left mix with leftover sauce and use for dipping on the side at the table.
