Ingredients
- 3 c fusiilli pasta
- 1 can romano beans rinsed
- 1/2 c kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water
Stir beans with olives, parsley, oil, capers, vinegar, zest, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Add pasta to mixture and stir to combine. Season with fresh pepper.
