Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar (or less)
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teas ground ginger
- 1/4 teas ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) Libbys Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- if making pie - 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into ramekins (or pie shell if making pie).
Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 30-40 minutes (45-50 for pie shell) or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 2 hours.
