  • 1-2 1/2 lb. boneless round roast; slice in 1/2 for even cooking.
  • 1 medium onion; sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 (28oz) cans No Salt added Tomato Sauce
  • 1 (7oz) package Italian dressing mix



Step 1

Place roast in crock pot, add the onion, salt pepper, sauce, dressing mix.

Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or until roast is tender

Or cook on high 1 hour, reduce to low heat and cook 7 hours
