Rosemary Grilled Chicken

Could be Rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin.
Try cheese grits and sauteed spinach as sides.

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbs evoo
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped, fresh (could use thyme, cilantro,or oregano)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine garlic and next 6 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag. Squeeze to mix. Add chicken and chill 1-24 hours. Remove chicken from bag, discard marinate, and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until done.
Transfer chicken to a large sheet of aluminum foil. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, covering completely. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
