• 1 c. light coconut milk
• 2 frozen banans, chopped into halves or quarters

Preparation

Step 1

Pour coconut mik into high speed blender
Add halved banans into blender
Blend on medium-high until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency
For hard ice cream, freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
