Asian Garlic Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet CHILLI SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp FIG PRESERVES
  • 1 Tbsp SOY SAUCE
  • 1 tsp GARLIC, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp GINGER, peeled and chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp CAJUN SEASONING
  • Fish Ingredients:
  • 4 SALMON FILLETS (ea 5-6 oz)
  • SALT, to taste
  • PEPPER, to taste
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

Preparation

Step 1

*1)* Place all *sauce ingredients* in a microwave safe bowl, stir well. Cover the bowl with a damp paper towel and microwave on full power for one minute, stir well.

*2)* Preheat the grill or broiler. Spray *fish* with *nonstick cooking spray* and season with *salt* and *pepper*. Cook fish _3-5 minutes on each side_ or until the fish flakes easily.

*3)* Brush the hot *fish* with the *sauce* and serve immediately.
