Ingredients
- 1 Box of German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 Cup of chopped Walnut Or Pecans
- 1 Cup of Coconut
- 6 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 3\4 Cups of Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray Bottom of 9x13" pan with cooking spray. Mix the nuts and the coconut then spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
2. Mix the german chocolate mix as directed on the box. Pour over nuts and coconut.
3. MIX the butter, and cream cheese, and the powdered sugar till smooth. Drop by the spoonful on top of cake.
4. Bake at 350F for 30-40 mins.
Note: you may want to place a sheet of foil on the rack below the cake.
