Texas Caviar

Ingredients

  • 2 cans each, rinsed and drained
  • black beans
  • black eyed peas
  • rotel
  • shoepeg corn
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 can chopped olives

Preparation

Step 1

Pour everything into a large bowl.

Mix well to ensure everything is coated with dressing.

Refrigerate.

Tastes better the 2nd day, so I always make a day ahead.

Serve with tortilla chips
