White Chex Mix

Ingredients

• ● 3 cups Corn Chex
• ● 3 cups Rice Chex
• ● 3 cups Cheerios
• ● 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half
• ● 2 cups peanuts or mixed nuts
• ● 12 ounce M & M's
• ● 1 lb. candy coating, Kroger brand white coating- vanilla flavor

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cereals, pretzels, and nuts in large bowl.
2. Melt coating according to package directions. (Kroger brand comes in a microwave safe tray with easy directions for melting but not overheating.)
3. Pour melted coating over contents of large large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add M & M's, mix gently.
5. Pour out onto sheets of wax paper, spreading mixture into a thin layer.
6. Let cool.
7. Store in airtight container or gallon-sized plastic bag. Break into smaller pieces if desired.
