GRAND MARNIER TRUFFLES

  • 3.5 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 3.5 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 T Grand Marnier liquer
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped chocolates in a bowl (I microwaved them). Heat cream u ntil it boils. Pour over chocolat.e Mix with wire whisk until melted. Refrigerate 45 minutes. Scoop onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Roll into balls. Roll in cocoa powder or 10X sugar
