Ingredients
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 TB butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (brought to room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 TB vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Prepare 10 inch springform pan (place aluminum foil on bottom of outside of pan and spray sides after graham cracker crust is placed)
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in eggs, one at a time, mixing to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and sift in flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in a shallow water bath for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Then, turn oven off and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door closed for at least 6 hours, until completely cooled (this prevents cracking). Once completely cooled, chill cheesecake in refrigerator until serving.
