    graham crackers, crushed

    TB butter, melted

  • 4

    (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (brought to room temperature)

  • 1 1/2

    cups white sugar

  • 3/4

    cup milk

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    TB vanilla

  • 1/4

    cup flour

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Prepare 10 inch springform pan (place aluminum foil on bottom of outside of pan and spray sides after graham cracker crust is placed) In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in eggs, one at a time, mixing to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and sift in flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake in a shallow water bath for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Then, turn oven off and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door closed for at least 6 hours, until completely cooled (this prevents cracking). Once completely cooled, chill cheesecake in refrigerator until serving.
