Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry noodles, uncooked
  • PAM cooking spray
  • 1 lb boneless beef NY Strip steak, trimmed of fat, cut into bite-sized strips
  • 1/2 cup frozed chopped onion
  • 1 pkg (8 oz ea) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 jar (12 oz ea) beef gravy
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Spray 12in skillet with PAM. Heat over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 5-7 min or until browned. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 3-4 min until tender. Reduce heat to medium, stir in gravy and ketchup. Cook till bubbly. Remove from heat; gently stir in sour cream.
Divide noodles between 4 plates and top with beef mixtures.
