Ingredients
- Saute 1 large onion, chopped. Add 1 1/2 lb ground beef. When brown and crumbly, take off heat.
Preparation
Step 1
Add:
1 egg 15 oz tomato sauce
1 c cottage cheese 1 ½ tsp oregano
1 ½ c cooked rice 1 tsp basil
salt and pepper
Layer ½ of mixture in 9x11 glass dish. Sprinkle parboiled, sliced zucchini and grated mozzarella cheese. Add rest of meat mixture, zucchini and cheese. Bake 350, 10 minutes.
