Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- One cup regular oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Half teaspoon baking soda
- One half teaspoon salt
- Three -quarter cup granulated sugar
- Half cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter softened
- One and a half teaspoons vanilla extract
- One large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans toasted
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate mini chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cup; level with the knife.
Combine flour and next four ingredients, through salt, stirring with a whisk; set aside
Place sugars and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add vanilla and eggs; beat until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed just until combined. Stir in pecans and mini chips. Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350° 12 minutes or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Cool on pans two minutes. Remove cookies from pan; cool on wire rack.
