Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 4 boneless pork chops

Step 1
1) In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
2) Grill pork, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
