CREAM CHEESE MINTS

Ingredients

• Mix in mixer:
• 3 oz cream cheese at room temperature
• 4 drops food coloring
• 1 tsp flavoring (butter rum)
• 1 T milk
• Add 1 lb 10X sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Roll into small balls. Press flat with fork dipped in granulated sugar. Let dry. Store in airtight container.
