Apple (or other fruit) Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 21oz can apple pie filling
  • 8 8" flour tortillas
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c.butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spoon fruit filling down center of tortillas.

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Roll up, and plaace seam side down in alightly greased baking dish.

4. Bring butter, sugars and water to a boil.

5. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 3 minutes.

6. Pour over enchiladas and let stand 30 minutes.

7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

8. Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream.
