Passion Fruit Fixx Sour

Ingredients

• 3 fresh mint leaves
• 3 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce frozen passion fruit puree (thawed)
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 egg white
• 2 ounces chilled champagne or sparkling white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice, egg white, and enough ice to fill the shaker. Shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes. Straight into a glass and top with champagne or sparkling white wine.
