- 1 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER
- 3 1/2 CUPS WHITE FLOUR OR 1 1/2 CUP WHITE FLOUR AND 2 CUPS WHEAT
- 1/2 TBSP SALT
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL

Step 1
MIX YEAST AND WATER IN A LARGE BOWL SET IN WARM SPOT FOR 5 MINUTES. SIFT FLOUR AND SALT INTO YEAST, ADD OIL FORM A SOFT BALL. KNEAD ON FLOURED SURFACE UNTIL SOFT AND ELASTIC. SHAPE INTO BALL AND PLACE IN LIGHTLY OILED BOWL. COVER WITH CLEAN TOWEL, PLACE IN WARM SPOT FOR AN HOUR. PUNCH DOWN DOUGH AND RESHAPE INTO BALL. COVER THEN LET SIT FOR TWENTY MINUTES. PUNCH DOWN. REFRIGERATE UNTIL USE.
