- Salmon Filet
- Olive Oil
- Creole Seasoning

Step 1
Turn the oven to broil.
For each piece of salmon, rub in about a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle with creole seasoning – the more you use, the spicier it is.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the salmon on it.
Bake the salmon for 6 to 10 minutes, until cooked through (when you can flake it with a fork)
