Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup finely ground almonds
- 3/4 cup finely ground flaxseed
- 2 cup raw sugar or brown sugar
- 2 cup crisp brown rice cereal (health food store)
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter, unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. If mixture is too wet, add more rolled oats. Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
Icing:
Melt together and spread over bars. Place in freezer one hour before serving. Keep cold. Great for a healthy snack.
