4 Layer Delight

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • Topping:
  • 2 pkgs instant butterscotch pudding (or any other pudding)
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together crust ingredients and pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375. Cool.

Once cooled, mix together filling ingredients and spread over completely cooled crust.

Mix up topping and spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then top with remaining cool whip.
