Naomi's Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 3 bunches green onions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1/2 C slivered almonds
  • 3/4 C vegetable oil
  • 1/2 C vinegar
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Chop cabbage and green onions.
Saute ramen noodles and almonds in butter.

Make dressing while sauting. Mix cabbage, green onions, noodles and almonds.

Pour dressing over just before serving.
