Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 9 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Tear up 6 slices of bread and place in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage and spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
The cheese will rise to the top during baking. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
