Ingredients
- 1/4 c. light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- makes 6 servings, 2 tbsp. each
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together and pour over fish/chicken/meat. Allow to marinate x 30 minutes. Makes 3/4 c. marinade.
