Mocha Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp Kahlua
  • 2 tbsp crème de cacao

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and 1/2 cup coffee in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.

2. Spoon into a greased 10" Bundt pan. Bake at 350F for 50 mins. Punch holes in warm cake.

3. Mix powdered sugar, 2 tbsp coffee, the liqueur and crème de cacao in a bowl; mix well. Drizzle over cake. Let stand until cool and invert onto a serving plate.
