Pork chops with orange mustard sauce

• Pork
• 1/2 c orange juice
• 3 T soy sauce
• 2 T honey
• 1 T dijon
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/8 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

BBq or stove top. If on stove, brown 3-5 minutes per side. Then simmer uncovered about 10 minutes
