Herb, Lemon and Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh herb (such as parsley, basil, mint, thyme, finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1Combine yoghurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a screw top jar.

2Secure lid and shake well to combine.

3Recommended for drizzling over lamb, spinach or green salad.

4Will keep in jar for up to 2 days in the fridge.
