Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tea. Dijon mustard
- .
- 2 hearts of romaine, chopped (8 cups)
- 1 - 1/2 " thick sliced smoked turkey (about 8 oz.), diced
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, blend cranberry sauce, mayo, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard.
In a serving bowl, combine romaine, turkey, pecans and dried cranberries.
Drizzle with dessing and serve.
