Creamy Artichoke and Leek Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Hellmann's Real or Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Cream or Leek Soup Mix
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 F (180 C). 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
