Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 1 c. hot water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • Boil this all together.
  • Stir in:
  • 1 c. flour while boiling
  • Let cool.
  • Add 3 eggs
  • Filling for Cream Puffs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cook until thick.

Preparation

Step 1

Drop on greased cookie sheets and bake 10 min. at 450; then 25 min. at 350.
This can be doubled or tripled.
