- 4 c. cooked carrots, bite size
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- Mix all in casserole, crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
