Brownie Thins

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Margarine
  • 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place margarine and chocolate in microwave until almost completely melted.
Whisk until smooth.
Add sugar and egg, whisk until smooth.
Add flour, extracts and salt, mix just until combined.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet (12 per sheet).
Sprinkle chopped nuts over rounds.
Bake for 7 minutes.
