Ingredients
- 2 lbs. baking potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs. prepared horseradish
- 4 tbs. butter
- 3/4 cup half and half, heated
- 1 tbs. chopped fresh herbs, like chives and parsley

Step 1
In pot over high heat, bring to a boil potatoes, garlic and enough salted water to cover. Let simmer 8 min. or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pot.
Add horseradish, butter and half and half. Using potato masher, mash potato mixture until smooth, adding additional half and half to create desired consistency.
Season with salt and ground pepper. Stir in fresh herbs.
