Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Rich & Creamy just the way they are supposed to be along with a gravy recipe
Ingredients
- Full Recipe
- 8 8 8 large Russet potato's
- 1 1 1 Tbs salt for potato water
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/4 1/4 to 1/4 milk (may need a little more if too stiff, up to 1/4 cup more)
- 4 4 4 Tbs butter
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Peel & cut potato's into large chunks. In a large pot add the potato's, cover with water and add 1 Tbs salt. Boil the potatoes until tender and can be pierced with a fork - drain off water and save for gravy. Let water cool.
Add in remaining ingredients and mash until smooth & creamy. Cover & keep warm until ready for use.
Turkey or Chicken Gravy
I like McCormick's 30% less sodium gravy mix's - use up to 6 packages (6 cups water) depending on how large a group you have. You can never have too much gravy. Follow package directions.
