Creamy Lemon Pie

  • 1 (9-inch) baked and cooled Classic Crisco Single Crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1/2 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, optional
  • Yellow food coloring, optional
  • Whipped cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon brand, rind and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared crust; bake 8 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
