Monterey chicken tortilla casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 cup coarsely crumbled tortilla chips
  • 2 ) 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 3 ) one can about 15 ounces cream style corn
  • 4 ) three-quarter cup pace picante sauce
  • 5 ) one half cups sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 6 ) 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese about 1/2 cup
  • 7 ) chopped green or red pepper
  • 8 ) tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

1) layer the crumbled chips, chicken, corn and the concave sauce in a 1 quart casserole. top with olives and cheese.
2) bake at 350° for 40 minutes until mixture is hot and bubbling. Top with the pepper. Serve with the chips.
