Ingredients

2 1/3 c flour
12 oz semisweet chips
2/3 c brown sugar
14 oz sweet cond milk
3/4 c butter
10 oz Heath bits
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Great 13 x 9 pan. Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Add egg; mix well. Stir in 1 ½ c chocolate chips. Press onto pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk over hot crust; top with 1 ½ c toffee bits. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture and remaining ½ c chips over top. Bake 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ c toffee bits.
