Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Honey Brown Butter, Pecans, and Green Apple

  • Honey Butter:
  • 1 pound raw brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 green apple, diced into small cubes
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

Step 1

1. Toss brussels sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until nicely caramelized

2. For the honey butter, combine above ingredients in a small pot and cook on low heat

3. Toss brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with toasted pecans, scallions, green apple, and desired amount of honey butter
