Ingredients
- 3/4 LB ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- 3 CANS BEANS MIXTURE OF GARBANZO, BAKED, KIDNEY AND GREAT NOTHERN
- 1 LARGE ONION, MINCED
- 1 LARGE GREEN PEPPER, DICED
- 1 CAN TOMATO PASTE
- 1 BAY LEAF
- 1 TBSP DRY MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
- 1 1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT

Step 1
1 CUT SAUSAGE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES; FRY, DRAIN OFF THE FAT. scrape SAUSAGE INTO A SLOW COOKER.
2 DRAIN BEANS AND ADD TO SLOW COOKER. ADD ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AND TOMATO PASTE; STIR. ADD BAY LEAF; MUSTARD, BROWN SUGAR, OREGANO, AND GARLIC SALT; STIR. COOK ON HIGH UNTIL MIXTURE BUBBLES, THEN SET SLOW COOKER ON LOW HEAT AND COOK FOR 6-8 HOURS. IF THERE IS TO MUCH LIQUID, SPOON IT OFF BEFORE SERVING.
