Ingredients
- 1 1 lb box confectioners sugar
- 2 tbl meringue powder
- 6 tablespoons water
- nonpareils optional
Preparation
Step 1
Sift confectioner sugar and meringue powder into a large bowl beat in 6 tablespoons of water with mixer on medium until soft glossy peaks from. Spread on cooled cookies and decorate with nonpareils.
