  • White Sauce:
  • 2 6 oz. cans minced clams.
  • 1 Cup chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Cups Chopped potatoes
  • 3/4 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Quart 1/2'n1/2


Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 45mins


Step 1

Saute veggies in clam saUCE drained from clams.

White Sauce:

Melt butter, add dry ingredients. Whisk in 1/2.

When veggies are tender add white sauce, heat through.
Add Clams last and warm and serve.
