Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 3 T. butter
• 3 T. hot coffee
• 3 T. cocoa
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar and stir well.
For caramel frosting, use 3 T. brown sugar instead of cocoa.
