Sweet Potato Praline

  • 4 lbs peeled sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 6 tbsp melted butter



Step 1

Praline topping:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 heaping cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter melted

bake potatoes at 400 until tender then remove skins when cooled.
Combine sugar, vanilla, salt, butter and eggs and beat until smooth.
Spread into a 9x9 dish
