Dove Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of sherry
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• Oregano, salt and pepper, and Accent (MSG) to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine everything but the Accent in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Accent. Let cool. Pour into a large zipper bag. Add dove and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
