Egg Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Pork sausage
  • Shredded Hashbrowns (Simply Potatoes)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Egg Beaters

Preparation

Step 1

Fry sausage til cooked through.
Fill cupcake pan 1/3 full with hash browns
Sprinkle sausage onto hashbrowns.
Layer shredded cheese on top of sausage.
Pour egg beaters on top, filling each muffin cup almost to the brim.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
